For calls within our service area of Peoria, Sun City West, Sun City, Youngtown, Surprise, El Mirage, Glendale, certain parts of Phoenix, Luke Air Force Base, Waddell, Litchfield Park, Avondale, Goodyear, and Cashion. Call for details.

This rate applies for service in all areas before 0800 and after 5PM Monday thru Friday and weekends.

Also for visits outside our service area like Wittman, Anthem, Wickenburg, Goodyear, Buckeye, Mesa, Chandler, Apache Junction, Gilbert, etc. Call for details.

For repairs, a minimum 1 hour diagnostic fee will be required to determine the root cause of the issue. Additional work hours will be charged at the hourly service rate or an agreed upon flat rate.

This rate will apply to any additional repair work hours or installation of parts. 

EasyStart™ is a one-of-a-kind, custom-developed soft starter for single-phase motors. The standard version can support both 115-230VAC/50-60Hz motors, and the RV version supports only 115V/50-60Hz motors. It employs a 4-part start ramp sequence that is self-optimizing, resulting in the lowest possible start-up current. 

• Annual maintenance should consist of a complete tune up of the diesel burner.
• The fuel nozzle and filter should be replaced annually.
• Connections to the fuel line need to be inspected and tightened, if necessary.
• The combustion chamber can be gently scrubbed with a wire brush.
• There is a flame sensor (photocell) which monitors the flame of the diesel burner.
• During annual maintenance the photocell should be cleaned with a rag to remove any carbon deposits that may have built up.
